From your link....I tend to think there's much more to this family then simply living off the grid....this is not the only link which people are reporting what they know of this family.

I just can’t place much credibility in what someone posts about another on Facebook. I don’t use Facebook but from what friends who do tell me all kinds of people post the most outrageous accusations to other people’s pages. Many who don’t know the person they’re attacking at all.

Maybe there’s something terrible going on there but I don’t see it in what has been presented.
