Finland — corporate tax 20%, individual tax= minimum 7.71%, maximum 61.96%; payroll 20.64%, VAT/GST/Sales 24%

Defense outlays: $3.6B

Norway — corporate tax 27%; individual tax= minimum 0%, maximum 47.2%; payroll 0-14.1%; VAT/GST/Sales 24%

Defense outlays: $7B

Sweden — corporate tax 22%; individual tax= minimum 0%, maximum 59.7%; payroll 31.42%; VAT/GST/Sales 25%

Defense Outlays: $6.215B
