President Jefferson negotiated the Louisiana Purchase with out congressional approval. Which was probably unconstitutional but nobody cared since it was the real estate deal of the millennium and done in the open.

I absolutely agree with sessions on this... I will also add it will allow for 'a giant step' regarding the Globalist Agenda overall.....by removing the Authority of our Congress over trade it puts it all in the lap of the Globalists to determine regardless of how it might affect our nation....and then the door will swing wide for further losses to the US as a Sovereign Nation.

This is not a report on a clandestine military operation against a hostile power. It’s a trade bill.

The fact that it is a SECRET deal... and that he is denigrating his own party in the fight to get it passed... tells me that Obama has lots and lots of personal gains on the line to get this one through.
