Unfortunately, it’s not my field of study. We’re stuck in a catch-22 here, where throwing money at the problem simply increases the risk of aggravating symptoms (drug abuse through selling ebt cash, malignant thuggery). What we need are charitable organizations to get the cash and resources they need to do the hard work.
Honestly, when I try to do research on the subject my mind shuts down at the thought of how to solve it. It is just so insurmountable that I want to throw my hands up and get back to my regular work.
