If this shed was payed for by private funds not taxpayer dollars, then where’s the problem?
The only “problem” I see here is that the shed is on public property.
So the solution should be to make the exact same square footage footprint available to the girls so that they can have a place to put their shed, should they decide to raise funds and obtain materials donations for it.
