Second incident now, after last week. the Alpine Eternity got away by fleeing into UAE waters.
A US Navy ship was 20 miles away, but "Did not get involved" because there wasn't a "Distress call". (Yet, the UAE Coast Guard knew to send 3 cutters to help the ship?)
