Yes ISIS had a small makeup of ex Saddam loyalists, but they all died early one in Syria. And Saddam was against a “Sunni Caliphate”. And the ISIS followers are following the quran, albeit they are a moderate form of Islam in comparison with Muhammad, Uthman and Abu Al Bukhari. Those guys were “extremists”
