I wouldn't trust them in any position of responsibility, seeing as how they persist in doing what more than 95 percent of the population finds physically repugnant. (Yes, I got the joke, and chuckled!)

Anyone who persists in doing a self destructive behavior which will EXPONETIALLY increase their risk of contacting a fatal disease and, in fact, makes said behavior the center of their entire identity, should not be in a position where the lives of passengers are put at stake by said mental illness.

By contrast, smoking increases your risk of premature death by a mere 40%, or less than 1/20th the risk of a practicing homosexual.
