This president will no doubt outfox Congress once again. If the UN decides to drop economic sanctions against Iran, it doesn't matter what the US Congress votes on.

Am I the only one who sees this unfolding? I can't possibly be that smart.

No you’re not alone. Many see this as putting Iran over the top to complete acquisition of nuclear weapon technology because $50 Billion of frozen funds will be released in 30 days from signing.

And the language that Congress can ‘reject’ is meaningless because Obama can VETO such rejection.

Congress has ceded Senate treaty authority to Obama.
