Texas Flood - Steve Ray Vaughan

Well there’s floodin’ down in Texas
All of the telephone lines are down
Well there’s floodin’ down in Texas
All of the telephone lines are down
And I’ve been tryin’ to call my baby
Lord and I can’t get a single sound

Well dark clouds are rollin’ in
Man I’m standin’ out in the rain
Well dark clouds are rollin’ in
Man I’m standin’ out in the rain
Yeah flood water keep a rollin’
Man it’s about to drive poor me insane

Well I’m leavin’ you baby
Lord and I’m goin’ back home to stay
Well I’m leavin’ you baby
Lord and I’m goin’ back home to stay
Well back home are no floods or tornados
Baby and the sun shines every day

El Nino is here in CA. We're getting rain in May - pretty unusual.

Who knows if it'll stick around for next winter.

Nooo say it isn't so. This is a natural phenomenon? All those climate denier deniers are beside themselves in frustration.

We got a “record” 1.64 inches here in San Diego yesterday.

It was the storm of the century.

I fear if we have a good rain everyone will forget about water management, an issue that must be addressed. With their tiny little attention spans, our legislators will be moving on to something of less import. Like getting their sorry asses reelected.

If that’s True, then AZ is going to get wet next.
