The jury deliberating the fate of Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev announced Friday that it has reached a decision on whether he should be sentenced to life in prison without parole or to death.
The decision in the penalty phase of Tsarnaevs trial came after just over 14 hours of deliberations.

Of course a jury in Boston, citizens of Massachusetts, the most liberal state in the US, that hasn't had the death penalty in 30 years- would never put someone to death. Otherwise, the good citizens would have elected a legislator to reinstituted the death penalty years ago.
