Up until now, I suspected odds were that Brady was involved. Now, with the way that Goodell is acting, it is clear that the management of the NFL is unethical. How can NFL management which issued the suspension then hear the appeal of the suspension? Roger Goodell should be fired for his behavior in this matter.

New England fans may not like the disciplinary action, but you can't really complain about the process, which is written into the NFL's labor agreement with the NFLPA.

The original ruling was handed down by Troy Vincent, the NFL's executive vice president of football operations. Not only was he a former player, but he was also the president of the NFLPA for four years, too. His credibility is pretty strong.
