Most of the Clinton Foundation money has come from “Mega Donors” such as governments and large corporations. The overhead on these type of donations is very very small.
Why is the overhead on the Clinton Foundation about 85%?
Wounded Warrior overhead is 43% and this is all from small donations which is much more expensive.

I believe possibly it circulates. I think the enormous money passes back and forth among the same damn people that gift it. Soros keeps all his money invested. Clinton and Global are simply the Clintons and the global players slush funding each other. Like a credit union. LOL!
