Tara Anne Hughes, 31, of the 600 block of Seminole Trail, Georgetown, is charged with theft by unlawful taking over $10,000 but less than $1 million, Scott County Detention Center records show. She also is charged with driving under the influence, first-degree criminal mischief and possession or use of a radio that sends and receives police signals.

Seriously? ?!! THAT’S what she was charged with??!! Theft of more than $10,000 but less than $1,000,000???!!!
So, if someone takes a Harley or a Space Shuttle for a joyride, it’s the same charge?
