Wow....work starting at 6am on a Saturday when you have a tenant? A bit tattered is ok.

Ths apartment used to be a storage area for the Business downstairs..

Im the first tenant the guy’s ever had. and hes not real clear on normal landlord tenant relationships.

I designed a website for him for an agreed price. When I asked him for payment he raised my rent and deducted the pay he owed me from the rent.
