His fabrications about Senator McCarthy are well-documented and on the record. Since then, a cabal of leftists including Robert Trout, Douglas Edwards, Howard K. Smith, Richard C. Hottelet, Eric Sevareid, Andy Rooney, KKKronkite, Dan Rather, Bob Schieffer and Scott Pelley have continued the nonstop drumbeat of anti-Americanism.
