They seem to be specializing in low-water methods. That interests me, like, what are they specifically? I wonder if they’re going to encourage greywater catchment systems?

Possibly they are using the olla pot system.

I don't use it as in my part of the world the problem is usually too much water but it works pretty well and if you get the equipment and a clay deposit you could start a small olla factory as a sideline.
