I can wait for the forensics reports, but from past personal experience bikers lie like a rug, because they live a life of lies and can't be believed on anything - and get very enthusiastic with their lies when they're facing a rap that could send them to prison for life or death row. Their bravado only goes so far. They're just using the "we didn't do nuffin' it, was the pigs" defense.
