Okay, so you would okay gangs as this owner did voluntarily? Maybe you are also the problem. Really, refusing service would be a right when violence is or might be involved..geez! This owner decided to allow and probably encouraged these gangs to visit his restaurant (wanted the money I guess). Probably an ex-gang member himself. He is paying the price and deservedly so!

I think you misunderstood the point of my posting.

For the record, I hate motorcycle gangs, and I dislike even the many dentists, etc., who put on the leathers and go out and play dress-up Bad A$$.

I think it’s all very silly, noisy and bothersome and I abhor the killing that played out in Waco.

I’m saying completely different:

Private property rights are being diminished, and the homo cake/homo wedding photographer imbroglio is going to have repercussions that we haven’t yet seen play out.

People are getting confused about what is a “right” and businesses are going to get nervous about the types of people they can exclude.

There ARE people, many people, who feel they have Extra Rights, and that’s a problem.
