Barack Hussein Obama II naturalized as a US citizen in 1983, Los Angeles, CA. I notified the FBI Director, James Comey, of this fact and complained Obama assumed the Office of the President of the United States in violation of the US Constitution.

An FBI investigation ensued and President Obama admitted he naturalized as a U.S. Citizen in 1983 to FBI investigators. Contact FBI Director Comey for confirmation.

I think the best way to prove this would be for you to point the path to find documentation of this event. I know you can’t do it yourself. I also know that the FBI Director is not taking phone calls on the subject. One item of proof is all that is needed.

Saying that an ineligible office holder voids the Constitution is like saying that a murderer who "gets away with it" voids the statute against murder.

A basic tenet of a constitutional republic is that all law is authenicated, published and archived. The federal courts are authorized to accept copies of the originals if a reasonable assurance can be made the originals are archived and maintained by a President and his officers who are not in violation of the US Constitution. Evidence must be preserved and protected by individuals authorized by the Constitution or the evidence is tainted.

The President is the Chief Executive Officer of the US federal government. An ineligible President voids the Constitution and all US law, rules, regulations, treaties and executive orders because the chain of custody of preserving and protecting the evidence of US law is destroyed.

There are many reasons the Constitution requires an eligiible President at all times. One of those reasons is to maintain the chain of custody of US law as evidence of law in the archives. Only an eligible President can appoint or delegate authority to the Archivist of the United States.

My problem with the title of the referenced article is the following. Enemies of the Constitution often seem to depict the Constitution as chiseled in granite and obsolete, sidestepping the fact that the Founding States had made the Constitution amendable.

Regarding the God-given rights in the Declaration of Independents, I agree with such rights only to the extent that, using similar wording, “… The Lord gives and the Lord takes away; …” of Job 1:20.

We have had our differences in the past, but I do thank you for contacting the FBI in this regard, and I will assume you offered good evidence in support of your claim.

Can you now offer credible evidence that, as you say, Obama admitted he was naturalized in 1983?
Have you provided copies of such evidence to the members of our nation's Legislative branch?

Elsewhere you argue An ineligible President breaks the chain of custody of maintaining the evidence of US law. Consequently, an ineligible President voids the US Constitution and all US law, rules, regulations, Presidential proclamations, treaties and executive orders.

That argument seems to disregard the fact the president can and regularly does effectively delegate maintenance of many chains of evidence (much like the local sheriff or an FBI agent in charge).

That aside, can you offer a single legal authority for the proposition that ineligibility renders the constitution unenforceable?

No, he isn’t affiliated with the UN.

He was one of six Jakarta street kids, three boys and three girls, who Lolo Soetoro adopted BEFORE he traveled to Hawai’i, met and married Stanley Ann Dunham Obama. There, he adopted her biological son Barak Hussein Obama II, and his adoption BC states the child was born in Hawai’i, he is Indonesian, Muslim, named Barry Soetoro, and the son of Lolo Soetoro.

There were two boys, foster brothers, living with SADO. The little boy named Barry Soetoro fell out of mango tree in the family’s garden and was severely injured. He must of hit every hurt branch on the way down, because he had a permanent limp for the rest of his natural life. He died in the early 1970s. This information comes from one of his foster sisters, Lia Soetoro Soba and his biological grandmother, Maddy Payne Dunham.

I gave this information to Arpaio and Zullo back in mid-2014.

The problem is that the man elected President in 2008 is an Indonesian Muslim recruited at age 18 by the CIA. He was living with his stepmother in Hawai’i when recruited and sent to school at Punahoi. His cover was simple: Barry Soetoro, foreign student from Indonesia. (Since his younger foster brother had died earlier that decade, it was a very apt fit.)

After graduating in Hawai’i, he went on to Occidental College were he continued his CIA role.

The investigation also found that by enforcing federal immigration law, the sheriff’s office “poisoned the relationship between law enforcement and Latinos, hindering general law enforcement efforts within the Latino community.” ---------------------------------------- All US federal officers in the Executive Branch, Judicial Branch and Legislative Branch and state legislative officers must swear an oath to support the US Constitution pursuan to Article VI. They have a vested in making sure Obama's ineligibility is not exposed. Obama can only be removed with impeachment and a trial and conviction in the Senate. If Obama is ordered removed, the Congress, the Courts and all Executive Branch officers are removed from office as Obama is removed. They have a vested interest in maintaining the status quo to maintain their jobs, pensions and reputations.
