I fired a 25 year unionized federal employee. By the time the dust settled the union didn’t even take it to arbitration. I’ll admit, it took a lot of documentation, but it can be done.

Example: The DHS policy is abolished by EO and a new one put in place. The new policy says that ALL DHS agents will fully assist local law enforcement in apprehending illegal border crossers and illegals now in country and make any assistance, verbal, written or physical that would interfere with the execution of that policy is a firing offense. Which is a given but just to rub their noses in it, state it clearly.
The radicals hired by the Obama cartel will never comply. So you fire them for insubordination and then arrest and imprison the most serious offenders for sedition and threats to national security under secret letters/Patriot Act provisions.
That is 100% legal and doable if one has the will.
Barry has made such things EO doable. So do them.
