To: Conscience of a Conservative

Oh, I’m the opposite. It’s like a brawl, and I constantly see the left breaking each and every rule... ignoring the written law, the Constitution, utilizing corrupt courts, dictatorial executive orders, etc. They “fight dirty,” while the conservatives all sit around with their teacups, tut-tutting, and pointing to the rulebook.

It ultimately renders conservatives losers on each and every issue. It’s the paradigm we’re in, and have been now for years. We seem to already be in a post-Constitution, post-America reality. Hence, I’m at the point I’m fine with any conservative using any and all means to combat the forces “transforming” the country into a depraved marxist tyranny.

But what is conservatism if not adhering to “the rulebook” (the rulebook in this instance being the Constitution, federal or state)? Sinking to the left’s level and breaking all the rules seems, to me, an awful way to stand up for those very same rules.
