My one and only experience with cocaine was when I was in college. It was from an ENT surgeon who used it to get my sinuses to open enough to diagnose me with a deviated septum.
The ability to breathe through my nose for the first time in months was wonderful. The rebound headache ensured that I would never, ever, even think of using it again.
