Well, it appears that my initial suspicions (based upon the large number of dead and wounded) that this was a “spray and pray” operation carried out by trigger-happy, steroid pumped cops who were apparently frightened by nail clippers, wallet “chains”, a single padlock, pocket knives and possibly some “firearms” which may or may not have been ever unholstered.
I hope the poorly served citizens of Waco and environs have some deep pockets because I suspect that this is not going to end well for the city (financially) and the trigger-happy cops (both financial and career wise).
Too early to tell? Makes sense with this many players.
They already know how many rounds his folks fired and from what. And if any cops dropped people they’ll likely know that too. If you’re the shooter it’s probably hard to forget lining up, shooting and dropping someone at noon time.
That is what I was thinking. The police are trained to shoot center of mass. However, an AR-15 with a green laser would make head shots easy.
This is not criticism nor support of the police nor the Bikers. This will be interesting to see what unfolds.
Rogue cops that kill indiscriminately are a vastly bigger problem than biker gangs.

Close to half of those at the CoC meeting were christian motorcycle clubs. Many others were family clubs,blue collar working folks who ride. Some were MC’s. Mc’s aren’t like what you see on TV. But if you older than 12 and are allowed outside by yourself, you ought to know that what you see on TV, including the news, has little to nothing to do with any form of objective “Truth”. But then, why not just kill them all anyway. They’re not real people like you and the other right thinking folks. What the hell are outsiders for if not to use as target practice. The question you should be asking your self is, who are they going to shoot when they get good at it and they’re done “Practicing”?
Context is key. When members of rival criminal organizations are having a donnybrook in a public restaurant, the police are responsible for protecting the innocent and law-abiding members of the community, even at the expense of warring gangsters.
Considering the context, it’s quite a stretch to class these shootings as “indiscriminate.”
Funny stuff.
Try to imagine if this were reversed with the cops in place at a Black Panthers convention or whatever.

No not yet probably because some of the gangs were white and the Banditos look Hispanic. YET! if they happen to be Moooslims you betcha he would speak out. Also no Sons of Obama were involved so that too can also explained.
A good friend and brother of mine was shot in the face by the cops as they came outside to see what the hell was going on. He was very, very lucky. And as for being scum of the earth, dirty biker trash, he’s a retired oil exec. And a member of a very well known MC. Y’all don’t know anything about our world.

Looks like this restaurant had previous Bike Nights with no problem.

When I first heard the news they said the Brawl began in the Men’s restroom and then spread to the outside. If there was a hugh brawl I am surprised to see many motorcycles still standing upright.
I just find it odd that the cops were coincidentally in the neighborhood all swatted up when the “brawl” began.
