A “be on the lookout” has been issued for the suspect as a male in his 20s wearing a dark blue hoodie, a red hankerchief and may have left the scene in a vehicle resembling a small black Nissan SUV.

Funny how we get the color of the hoodie, the color of the hanky and the color of the SUV, but not the color of the suspect.

That alone tells you that he was black.
