Because in reality, "most here" -- by a margin of about two to one, in fact (the same as on MSM comment boards, which gives me faith in Americans), have a big damned problem with the way this was handled. Most of us see this for what it is: at best a case of police enforcement overreach and deadly abuse of power and wrongful seizure of assets, and at worst an almost blatant exhibit of law enforcement corruption and intimidation by acting as judges, juries, and executioners based on guilt by association.

You and caww are very much in the minority. Thank God. I actually count individuals, not posts. More than a few who started out thinking the same as you do still I did once, that it was bad guys shooting bad guys so more power to 'em, have since changed their minds as the light of truth starts shining.

I'm beginning to think I'm about done here ... those who value freedom [on Free Republic] are appearing outnumbered by those who willingly sacrifice others constitutional rights, like possibly the 4th, likely the 5th, & most assuredly, at least in instance of *some* of the individuals arrested, the 8th Amendment.

That appearance is very much by design, I suspect. A small minority is laboring to dishearten you by posting prodigiously to create that impression.

Some people count cards -- I count voices. In REAL counts of individuals, Blue Dragon, right here on Free Republic, among FReepers who have weighed in clearly as to whether they think these bikers "had it coming" or that there is room for doubt (I don't count posters who don't make it clear), those who value freedom OUTNUMER the others by a margin of nearly two to one.

Even better, when I go outside of FR and read comments on MSM sources ranging from Yahoo news to ABC/NBC/CBS and local town newspapers, the margin is about the same. Keep the faith, Dragon -- we are the majority, outnumbering the dupes and the plants (both exist here) by about two to one.

If they're not meth dealers, then they're not included. I talk with bikers, they will openly admit that there is turf, and that the drug trade in "ice" and other "products" drives who gets what turf. Now if this was just a political meeting then yes, obviously the police are the gang at fault here rather than the biker gangs that were there. Or maybe the federalis instigated the fight in the bathroom so that a crossfire could occur in the parking lot to prove a point about guns like they tried in "fast and furious". Or maybe Obama was angry that the two muzzie scumbags were killed outside the free-speech rally and decided to kill as many white bikers as he could for revenge. I don't know what happened. I'm sure with the nazi symbols and such some of these guys had tattooed on them that not all were upstanding citizens and maybe there was going to be a rumble that day no matter what.

I don't know what happened, but a person makes choices in life, and some choices have consequences. I choose not to hang to closely with modern-day national socialists. Despite what the media has always said, national socialists are not the right, they are the bible-burning left.
