In the future, I see a LOT of cars in Oregon being registered in Idaho.

There are a lot of Kansas residents who register their cars in Oregon (using relative's address), because I understand, it costs nothing to register in Oregon. It cost hundreds (avg) annually in Kansas. I wonder how this will impact the Kansas scofflaws who are doing that. I suspect it will just appear that they didn't drive their car at all if they are tracking it in Oregon.
