Sure, by teaching that those of all races should be treated equally and given equally opportunities to make something of themselves. But that fits so many modern citizens’ definition of racism that maybe it is impossible.
More “Social Engineering” by teachers instead of parents!
That's how I was raised (born in '52) and my neighborhood for the first 7 years of my life was predominantly Black. We all got along fine and the Blacks had solid families and took care of their properties and their families.
Then the race riots of the '60s came along and things changed drastically.
Those who make the most trouble and who exercise gratuitous racism against Whites have earned every bad thought I harbor against them....
