Huckaphoney. I don't think he's going to do as well this time, I hope he simply decides not to run. As you all said earlier, he just muddies up the waters for our better choices and would steal votes from them.

The good news: I don't see much of a response for him here on FR this time. Also, I don't hear his name from my evangelical circle of friends, nor do I see him discussed as an option by my wife's Facebook friends.

I do see those things as good news. That may be anecdotal, but I think we can all agree, Huck needs to not run or be knocked out early.

Rush was pointing out the other day that some of these candidates need to run as resume enhancers to remain high on the speaker’s tours, the media commentary lists, and on the advertisement name recognition charts. And there is the law that permits them to keep campaign donations.

So, apparently it has become a cottage industry. I heard ole Fred Thompson selling reverse mortgages at least twice just yesterday.
