Can the public reasonably assume that Gray was aware his possession of the knife was illegal in Baltimore city proper? Based upon his multiple previous encounters with the law enforcement?

In reading through the (very detailed) post about the recusal motion at legalinsurrection.com, not only should she and her entire office be forced off the case, Mosby herself should be disbarred.

Many would be shocked to know how many blacks believe just that. Right down to doing illegal U turns, speeding, blowing through red lites etc. Yeah I know, whites do things like that too but it is my observation it seems to be very prevalent black behavior, I see it a lot.

What of the prosecutor’s contention that the defense Motion was filed in the wrong court, prematurely, etc. (Mosby’s proxy claims the matter will be dealt with in Baltimore City Circuit Court, not District Court where the motion was filed).
Any legal experts have an opinion on that? The linked article does not address the point, even though it is the lead item in the “answer”.
I researched the charging documents and found that the charges against the 6 officers were filed BY THE PROSECUTOR with the District Court.
Yet in his first paragraph of Mosby’s answer, the prosecutor ridicules the defense for filing its motion with the District Court.
I would like for there to be an honest, independent investigation of the entire Freddie Gray matter, explaining how Gray ended up dead. The Judge should require replacement of these prosecutors by another agency on the basis of their mental incapacity to handle the case.
