I want him to go before a jury of his peers.
He was a child.
You want him to be tried by fellow child molesters?
Fine, and I agree that in this case, it doesn't look like the LEGAL system has fully been implemented. But, that's not what you said. You said "are there any other child rapists you think should have God's grace?" That's not the legal system. God's grace is entirely separate from the legal system. We can want somebody held legally accountable for their actions, but at the same time, as Christians, we are called to the message of reconciliation.
"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! All this is from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to Himself in Christ, not counting peoples sins against them. And He has committed to us the message of reconciliation. We are therefore Christs ambassadors, as though God were making His appeal through us. We implore you on Christs behalf: Be reconciled to God. God made Him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God." --2 Corinthians 5:17-20
