The statute of limitations in AR doesn’t expire until the victims reach 28yrs of age.
The youngest victim is still only 17yrs old at this point. Josh has 11yrs remaining on that clock.
Where did you get your info? I read it would be secure assault in the second degree, which has a three year statute of limitations.
