How would the govt. even know what kind of sensitive information she might have in her emails if they don’t have control of her email server??

Well I can't imagine Obama and President Jarrett never e-mailed Hillary. So they had to know all the time. Obama and President Jarrett most assuredly was tapping into her server for any 'dirt' they could use on her down the road, ie: blackmail. But then again, Obama probably just learned about her e-mail server on TV like the rest of us folks .
