You’re absolutely right; when working (taxpaying) whites leave an area, it just crumbles to the state of the dumps the immigrants thought they left behind when they got to Europe.
Cities here in NJ are laying off public employees (especially cops & teachers) left & right because whites have not just abandoned the cities, but are abandoning the state as well. The black market economy of the “replacement Americans” that replaces the WASP system is not much of a source for tax revenues.
