In related but unreported news, it has now been 3500 days (9.58 years) since the last major (Category 3 or greater) hurricane has made landfall in the US. This shatters the old record for calm spells (2231 days, 6.11 years) set in 1906.
Since Global Warming predicts an increase in both frequency and severity of hurricanes, this record breaking calm spell is further proof of Global Warming.
Apparently, with so much time passing since that prediction in both frequency and severity of hurricanes and there being no hurricanes, some climate change believer on this video said that well, maybe the frequency part is no accurate, but the severity part is. So the next hurricanes to hit will be gigantic.
Gee, how convenient. Their predictions didn't work out so well, so they change the rules to the card game in the middle of the hand they've already dealt.
And hey, Al Bore, why isn't New York City under water yet? Al, please pick up the white courtesy phone. Al? Are you out there, Al?
