Both of my parents had TAPS played at their funerals. (WW2 Vets) It’s a hauntingly lovely piece.

I had it arranged through the VFW for TAPS to be played at my Dad’s burial. The VWF did a great job of getting a color guard for the burial. It was beautiful and well deserved for my WW2 Vet Dad.

I always visit the cemetery on Sundays and did again today.

My parents and Lynn are buried in the military section. A flag was planted at every veteran’s grave.
