Sounds to me like Ms. Cooper believes blacks need whites to succeed and that the only good jobs they can get are in the government where AA rules.

Same old tripe. I wonder how much she paid for her degrees?

Most of your average white yuppies and hipster lefties avoid living in mostly black parts of town or associating with many of them while screaming about segregation.

That was painful to read. Can you imagine trying to write a paper for this prof's class? I do not think I could fake that level of confusion for five pages, let alone ten.

There are a dozen issues worthy of serious consideration floating around in the piece, but the entire thing is written as a flight to abstract theory (with a predetermined, politicized conclusion) and away from concrete analysis and serious debate.

Or as one severely misguided senior professor at Duke University recently suggested, Black people’s choice of ethnic names is evidence of a lack of desire to fully integrate or assimilate into the mainstream of American society.

Yeah Right. I rmember when poor Ron Artest traded in that white bread name for a true ethnic name. I wonder when this gal will do the same. Brittney Cooper? Only if she is a petite blonde from the tony suburbs.

La'Queefa "Stardust" Obongo.

Based on wiritings like hers - this is who she should call herself.

Geeez, talk about someone that didn’t get the memo. Nobody cares about black folks anymore. That’s small potatoes. Now it’s EVERYONE IN THE WORLD gets to move here and get on welfare or you’re a racist!

Man, this is one slow Commie puke.

“But it is not accounted for by a purely Marxist analysis, which would suggest that this was about class and not race. ‘

One of the few to actually let the M word slip in.

Still pushing the “Conservative = racist/bigot” theme, working to keep the population divided.

She also admits that public schools are “a tool for social control”

In fact, and ironically, there’s a lot of underlying common ground here beteen what she is saying and what Conservatives are, and have been, saying.

“The usurpation of liberal democratic language to disguise an antidemocratic managerial society...”

A liberal background teaches you to write such newspeak sentences, and worse, allows you to be taken seriously.
