Why do blacks commit so many crimes? Is it genetic? I seriously do not understand it.
You can take the man out of the jungle but you cant take the jungle out of the man.

Because like everyone else, they know they can. However, their instincts don’t seem to tell them that they shouldn’t. It’s their disregard for the consequences that makes them so ‘special’.
