I agree.
Fiorina is not in that category, therefore a pseudo candidate.
To me the biggest red flag is she did not follow up on her 2010 run in CA against Boxer with a 2016 run for Boxer’s empty seat. She would likely have been the favorite, which is a miracle in CA. She would not have been a pseudo-candidate in that and would be in a position to do some great damage to the Democrats and help our side.
Yet, she moved to Washington DC and now decides to run as a pseudo-candidate for President.
She immediately becomes the Queen of Salem, the GOPe’s media arm.
