He is not personally demanding it but he did sign the bill into law. Wisconsin requires a woman having an abortion to have an ultrasound and requires the provider to show and describe the image. Women who have been raped are not required to have the ultrasound.
So why he isn’t personally demanding it he most likely supports the bill since he signed it.
