Police can maintain order only of a civilized people.
At this point Baltimore’s crime is clearly NOT a problem of policing, either too much or too little.
Maybe residents, mothers of illegitimate sons who are criminals, etc. will have to finally face up the the facts of where the criminals are coming from.
The riots proved they would rather have black criminals living among them.
Their lives have about as much longevity as our now pitiful nation.

That would exclude the Black Underclass. The only thing the members of the BU respect, sad to say, is force. In the "evil" old days many members of the BU knew stepping too far over the line would be met with extrajudicial methods i.e. police brutality. That was the only thing most of them understood.
But now with the police handcuffed by liberal officials who excuse the criminal behavior of the BU, many BU members feel free to maraud, destroy, assault, and murder.
Maybe the bad old days weren't so bad after all.
