“They might have been shot by aliens, poltergeists, or your aunt Sally.”

You can rule out Aunt Sally. I don’t have an Aunt named Sally.

Otherwise, that is the point I was trying to make. Apparently you get it. Your examples above are completely hypothetical. If one posited the second hypothetical above, one would then be looking for facts supporting that hypothesis. Perhaps seeing orbs of poltergeist energy in the photos, perhaps seeing the physical disorder of the scene as consistent with psychic energy.

Instead, there is no basis for postulating the poltergeist hypothesis to begin with. Especially justifying the hypothesis with a hypothetical such as ~they would have released the video by now if it didn’t show poltergeist activity~ or imagining an audio conversation ~Richie just got shot, he’s down! But no one shot the gun, it was just hanging in the air and fired at close range!~

There are sources of information which apply directly to this event which provide a basis for the hypothesis that the altercation started between MC gangs. In fact, there is eyewitness testimony, not only the Cossack leader who saw three Cossacks shot by Bandidos before he escaped the scene. There are sources of information which are consistent with that hypothesis, and none that I have yet seen which are inconsistent with it. Photos, the restaurant video, the dispatch audio. These sources are not hypothetical, they exist independently. Note I am not including LE statements.

In addition, there is information that we do not yet know. For example, a handgun at close range is consistent with a head shot (Richie, Diesel).

The fact that there were head shots does not in itself provide evidence that all those shots came from LE rifles.

Of the 18 wounded, most had gun shots, some also had stab wounds. [The stab wounds are consistent with the gang on gang fighting.]

Yes we can expect rounds from LE rifles. Even LE says that. [Oh, I forgot, what LE says has to be suspect, even if it agrees with other information. By the assertion that LE is lying, there would be therefore no LE rounds.]

For those who also choose to evaluate the LE statements for inconsistencies, please listen to them and do not merely rely upon the summary comments. Again, anyone is welcome to make a verbatim transcript. E.g. sometimes the speaker says building, other times “Twin Peaks” which had been interpreted to mean in the building. The dispatch audio references to “Twin Peaks” mean the site not the building itself.

…The Truth Has No Agenda – Nor does It Care For The Feelings, Position, or Emotion of Those Made Uncomfortable By It…”

Yeah, I saw that had happened. No real info there, is there?

It's a pretty good summation of the unlawful arrests and illegal detention that has happened before our eyes.

Interesting that it points out that the magistrate who imposed the $1,000,000 bond has no legal training. He was Texas State Trooper. Wonder where he got his number>

IT IS NOT A REAL BIKER CLUB.

But everybody saw them right there on teevee! (If they didn't see the movie in theaters).

Sheesh!

Leaving off what may have happened during the incident...what do you think about:

1. The mass arrest of 170 Americans, 115 of whom have no convictions on their record.

2. The rubber stamp affidavits submitted for each of the detainees.

3. The $1,000,000 bond on each of the detainees.

4. The wall of silence that has prevailed since the second or third day.

It is the Government, through its agent, the police, testing the waters as to what the public will believe and tolerate.

Ironically, the very people who think themselves so very wise and savvy as never to be taken in by "conspiracy theories, they're just silly ideas of paranoid drama queens," are THE EASIEST to fool. Their pride is wrapped up in it -- they're so afraid that someone is going to laugh at them for believing something "silly," that they get led right down the garden path and end up defending TYRANNY of jackbooted thugs.

“Conspiracy theory” is way down my list to worry about in light of the FACT of rubber stamp probable cause affidavits being used to arrest and detain 170 American citizens with an unconstitutionally excessive bond being set.

And slow walking the process. I guess they are hoping it just all goes away. Or something even worse happens to divert attention.

I think you nailed it. One of my brothers and one of my uncles builds Harleys from scratch and have ridden them, like you, since the '60s. Another brother has fraternized often with real bikers, criminal hard-core types, and I have as well, but not much.

That so few of the bikers arrested had prior criminal records tells you RIGHT THERE that they are not "real" bikers in the sense that so many of the "they got what they deserve" types think they are.

I have known over the years quite a few "real" biker-gang criminal-type bikers and wannabees, and can't think of a single one, not even close, who wouldn't have a criminal record. Not one -- they have ALL been busted a time or two or more. So if the majority of those arrested lack criminal records, it means that the cops arrested "fake" bad bikers. What is so disturbing is that so many -- myself included, at first -- see this as simply "let them shoot it out with each other and to hell with them."

This is very, very bad. It's a modern-day Reichstag prep.

Sadly, America has seen this before. While “the prince may not wield the sword in vain” he does so maliciously at his own peril. It is not taught in schools because it shows how easily evil slips in among us but about 100 years ago it was the Ludlow Massacre. Afterwards the miners armed themselves and sent the governor a message. Return the guardsmen to Denver or be prepared to receive them in pine boxes. The resulting inquiries into the event led to JD Rockefeller explaining it to a Congressional Committee. His infamous quote, “it takes machine guns to mine coal” led to the creation of the first PR firm to resurrect his tarnished image. Whoever is in charge at Waco might want to ponder the lessons of Ludlow. It doesn’t take machine guns to govern Americans. Moreover, any attempt to do so will be met with the expected result. We don’t hunt deer ‘cuz we need the food. Just keeping the skills up.

SLPC? Are these communists actually contracted by government through fed funding?

SPLC regularly briefs Federal agencies on "hate" and "potential terrorist" groups, from the CIA to the FBI and BATF and others. (They even have a few real ones on their website).

Small wonder the government has a distorted view of the populace.

Problem is more than once the incident which the left tried to blame on the hate group the SPLC targeted had absolutely nothing to do with the incident.

Problem is, the Feds will infiltrate the group, and when nothing happens, insert agents provocateur to start something. Then take the group down, or a member with no sense, and proclaim the group a 'hate' or 'terrorist' group (and justify the budget expenditures).

It was the informant who showed the WTC bombers how to mix the explosive. They just didn't stop them in time. (oops).

(Which makes me wonder about Oklahoma City...)

In the seventies a high school friend lived next door to a couple that were Bandidos. I got to sort of know a dozen or so. They were for real outlaw bikers. Their officers had been busted for murder and they were not allowed to wear their “colors”. They all had big ovals on their vests where the fabric was new. The key was this, you could NEVER show fear. The whole point to their act was to elicit fear and if you did they did not respect you. 50 lbs ago I was pretty scrawny at about 150 but I would get right in their face and give as good as I got. They loved it. The other thing you never wanted to do was screw with them. They did not take that well. In the decades since I have found that I could not take life “on the edge” all the time. Like Coulter says of ISIS, if you don’t want what they are giving it is pretty easy to avoid. No one is forcing meth or whatever else on us and the criminals know we wouldn’t take it well if they tried to be more overt. As long as they are happy to hide in the dark they can get by but we wouldn’t take crap from them any more than we would a feral gummint run amok. They know Americans just want to be left alone to live our lives in as much peace as possible, as do they. Yamamoto’s “sleeping giant” can be roused by a number of events. Crap like Ludlow and Waco will do it just as surely as Pearl Harbor or the Alamo.

Yep. Agreed. This is bad stuff happening, and I don't know which is worse, that it happened, or that so very many people who should know better are allowing themselves to be fooled and manipulated by believing wannabee-soldier cops.

Clinton knew about the OKC bombing months if not up to a year in advance.

Clinton and co. tried to make it appear the so called “right wing extremist” had teamed up with a foreign govt. Iraq and foreign terrorist to wage war against the US.

Had he been successful Clinton would have been able to use the full weight of the federal govt., including the military, to target his political enemies.

It was one of the producers from ABC news that inadvertently derailed Clinton plan when he turned information ABC news had obtained over to the FBI to find out if it was true before he ran wild with the story.

The information ABC had received was information Saddam Hussein had sent teams of terrorist to the US.

It turned out to be completely false but whoever planted the false info had to know enough about Tim McVeigh’s activities before the OKC bombing to know McVeigh was running around with an Iraqi that it would at first appearance appear to be true.

More than likely it was a SPLC informant that provided the information, the SPLC then provided the info to the Clinton WH, which then provided the false info to Saudi Arabian Intel, which then provided the info to ABC news through a former CIA agent working for ABC.

Bill Clinton showed his hand when he had the CIA spy satellites turned to target American citizens which would be illegal unless there was an act of war against the US.

That seems to fit the evidence cones up on the berm in the grass and clustered outside the parking lot. Very likely those were not brass form rounds fired by bikers, but sniper brass. (Too far for the average handgunner.)

I wonder if the judge is part-owner (or related to one) of the prison?

The demonstration will not be 400 bikers like police expect.

Have read that Houston elements coming are expecting over 1,000.

from Russia? This is really weird.

“Obama Massacres Innocent Waco Bikers Over Putin Fears”

http://www.whatdoesitmean.com/index1870.htm

But they are right about the Cassacks being under the radar screen on biker listings in US. Just search and you will see.
