Yeah... he should do more research into the wrestling fan demographics. It’s 50% majority-minority. Could be a subtle way to reach out to Democrat voters without shouting, “look at me, I’m being multicultural!” (like GOP-e is wont to do), but as a way of attracting Republican supporters, especially those who are thought leaders in their social circles or are able to support a campaign, it’s downright bone-headed.
My guess is there was nothing very clever behind it at all, just simply a way to hype himself as THE challenger and tar Cruz as a foreign-born Obama lackey.
Given his massive support for amnesty and FAKE fighting, I propose from now on, we call him “El Luchador”
