I'm offended by the "black lives matter" mantra. All lives matter, and blacks get far too much attention in the US in proportion to their 14% (or so) of the population.

The answer is quite simple. Pull all non-black police out of areas that complain about police tactics. Let them elect community members for security.

Yeah, They will “elect” gangs to be their police forces and all out war will ensue until one gang has a death grip on the community and is terrorizing the surrounding communities.
