Hopefully the Supreme Court will overturn this on appeal, but it may require such an act to undo this blatantly unconsitutional move by America’s Lenin.

Those who don’t think it can be done should consult the Massachusetts Attorney General’s lawless actions.

Haters of the Second Amendment, frustrated by their failures to overturn the United States’Constitution, are now resorting simply to ignoring it.

If the Administration ignores the Constitution (which it has sworn to uphold and defend), then the American people can ignore whatever the Administration comes up with. The Administration will not be happy until the government and the people come to blows. Of course, such a thing would be fatal to the government, so don’t be surprised to see the government call in foreign “assistance.”.

Hopefully by the time this reaches the Supreme Court (I'm thinking at least a year from the time they go into effect, possibly 2-3) we have a Republican President prepared to put two and possibly three Conservative justices on the Supreme Court. Given the anticipated retirements/deaths following the 2016 election (Scalia and Kennedy, possibly Ginsburg).
