All sin does that - including sins you and I both commit. We are all in need forgiveness and redemption.

We are ALL in need of forgiveness and redemption.
However, God Himself classifies some sins as abominations and separates out large passages in the Bible, Romans 1:18-32 in example, for special discussion.
And unlike other sins and their consequences, the specific denial of children costs God the very thing He chose to sacrifice Himself for.
