Waco Judge Agrees to Let Most Bikers Go If They Sign Contract Not to Sue for Wrongful Arrest
Washington Weekly News ^ | May 31, 2015 | Looney and Conrad Law Firm

“It appears the public defenders office in McLennan County is involved in this scurrilous activity,” said Paul Looney, a Houston attorney with Looney & Conrad, P.C. “I’ve never seen anything like the lawlessness that the authorities have perpetrated on these people and now to add insult to injury they are trying to cover their own tracks in exchange for bond.”

” autopsy reports “

The 18 wounded are the ones who survived and did therefore not receive autopsies, and as I said elsewhere, I have no further information about their wounds other than the initial report that there were 18 wounded at the hospital and ~most have gunshots, some also have stab wounds~.

And it happened right before the massive Rolling Thunder ride in DC.

Almost a million fiercely patriotic bikers, most of whom are veterans.

In the sparse coverage of that event, far too many comments after the articles included a *lot* of people mentioning “biker gangs”.

In 28 years of Rolling Thunder, I have never seen that sort of response, before.

The seed was sown well.

The Vise Grips

The wife of one of them was interviewed and she claimed he doesn't drink or do drugs or is in a gang. Their website is a bit much for my tastes but he owns a house, the taxes are paid up and the yard looks kept.

Forensics labs have been known to produce false results as they are paid by how many successful prosecutions they help.

ATF, aka hussein, has an unlimited budget.

I’m just now catching up on this thread and it seems we are one reptile short.

He has nothing to endlessly add to this?

Well...

you state: “Almost all of the dead or killed by head and neck single shots”

Summary for reference, of the cause of death provided:
Jesus Delgado Rodriguez, shot head and trunk
Jacob Lee Rhyne, shot neck
Richard Vincent Kirshner, Jr. shot (not stated where)
“Richie” Richard Matthew Jordan, III, shot head
Wayne Lee Campbell, shot head and trunk
“Diesel” Daniel Raymond Boyett, shot head
Matthew Mark Smith, shot trunk
Manuel Issac Rodriguez, shot (not stated where)
“Dog” Charles Wayne Russell, shot chest

Since the source as I remember was the cause of death, not a full autopsy report, I do not know why some would just say “shot” — unless the person was shot multiple times and the fatal wound was not determined? Don’t know.

Who is this “we” that you speak for? Are you on some sort of a keying team?

It isn’t often that posters use “we.”

You say the phrase motorcycle club or gang and the expected connotation is bad people all the way around. So much our perception is based on a few biker movies starting with “the Wild One”, with Marlon Brando.

Then we had the 1960’s biker films with Jack Nicholson, Bruce Dern, Peter Fonda, Warren Oates and a host of others.

To be sure there are some bad Hombre’s out there but there are also a lot of people who like to ride from all walks of life that are law abiding folks.

Now we have a narrative of what happened in Waco that may or may not be true, lot of questions. Also we may have a number of people who are guilty of nothing more than riding bikes and being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Maybe in the course of time the truth will come out and it won’t be what is portrayed in the media.

Or women.

I suppose. But I am an admitted sexist. I think men are intrinsically different in how their brains are wired. If women had [overtly] ruled the world, we'd still be living in caves.

see #80
I used “we” only because after reading a number of threads I got the impression that others had that expectation too.

Which reptile? Salamanders are amphibians, so I know you’re not referring to yourself.
