Two that come to mind:
1. Narcissist
2. Sociopath
The 2 are not mutually exclusive, and actually both fit this POTUS well.
Based on his own words of liking his drones and being able to kill people with them, apparently watching the videos over and over, let’s add psycho- to that label.
