Texas Police Play “lets make a deal” With The Constitution – Twenty Five Waco “Twin Peaks” Bikers Re

WACO TEXAS – Twenty-five bikers arrested in the May 17 shootout at Twin Peaks have been released from jail since Thursday, when prosecutors and defense attorneys started negotiating the reduction of bonds.

Two of those released recently include Sandra “Drama” Lynch, of Mart, and her husband, Mike, a plumber.

Sandra Lynch is a well-known advocate for bikers’ rights who reserved the patio for the meeting of a regional bikers’ rights coalition two weeks ago at Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco.

The deadly shootout erupted in the Twin Peaks parking lot about 30 minutes before that meeting was to begin.

Also released on a reduced bond this week was Matthew Clendennen, 30, of Hewitt, who filed a federal civil rights suit against the city of Waco and McLennan County last week, alleging he was wrongfully arrested and detained.

about what the hell happened?

I have refrained from comment on this isssue as I think it’s a Texas-style Benghazi-gone-wrong and there is so much CYA going on and silence deal$ being made that we might never know what really happened via the MenSeekingMen.

Waco’s insurers/bonders are facing such losses they will keep everything obfuscated they can.

“Out of 170 folks arrested, only ONE THIRD had criminal records in Texas.”

Perhaps that is true, put that in no means they did not participate in criminal activity at the Waco Twin Peaks.

I think the answer to your question is NO.

But there are a couple of theories that seem to pass the smell test.

One of those has made the rounds here on FR for some time. It had to do with an undercover informant who’s cover was blown, leading to this.

The extreme bail, broad arrest, extreme charges, poor legal due process, and mouthy police press releases that are constantly changing; lead me to believe there is a worse abuse hidden.

BATF was there. They admitted it on their @BATF Twitter site, it is now disappeared. I posted a link to a very well written article about the cultural cost of militarization of the police on @WacoPolice and within an hour or so, it disappeared on the authors source website. (It was still on the web on other sites and was still in Google Cache) The @WacoPolice account blocked me the next day. I had a lot of trouble for 2 days with malicious software attacks on my computer. All of this together leads me to believe there is an agenda from somewhere that is supporting this.

Paranoid? You tell me.

“Most innocent people don’t smile for mugshots either ... so what’s your point ... if you have one”

The point was that gang members never smile for their mugshots.

I suppose if you had been arrested for something you would be all dazzling pearly-whites for the camera, too?

These people aren't Crips or Bloods, so kindly quit insulting our intelligence by conflating motorcyclists with street gangs.

It's tedious.

BTW, street gangs are called street gangs because they don't have motorcycles to ride. Check the price of a new Harley, for instance, (full dress, not an entry level bike) and maybe you'd understand why.

Blogs are how unpopular news stories stay alive.

Humblegunners are how they get killed.

You’d make an excellent press secretary for Hitlery.

Thank you for posting the information. It seems the authorities in Waco are not letting out much information. Like a lot of others it appears to be in they are in the CYA mode. No doubt there will be a ton of lawsuits over this.

Jumping to conclusions based on a mugshot smile or no smile is beyond stupid.

“These people aren’t Crips or Bloods, so kindly quit insulting our intelligence by conflating motorcyclists with street gangs.”

From what I have read, the Bandidos do not make their money posting up in front of the local Walgreens and selling cookies with their mothers. Instead, it seems they have been known to make money by distributing narcotics, kidnapping and killing police officers when needed.

Saying they had “hit at the heart” of the Bandidos Motorcycle Club, authorities here announced Friday they had arrested 10 of its members and closed a pipeline that had brought $600 million worth of methamphetamine to the area in the past decade.

“The arrests were dubbed “Operation Screaming Eagle” and occurred this week during a national surge of arrests of people linked to Mexican drug cartels in response to the killing of a U.S. law enforcement officer in Mexico.”

http://www.mysanantonio.com/news/local_news/article/Drug-raiders-target-Bandidos-1031020.php

“They face charges of conspiracy and knowingly possessing with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of methamphetamine and 5 kilograms or more of cocaine, prosecutors said.”

http://www.denverpost.com/ci_18989712

“Two Belle Chasse men affiliated with the Bandidos outlaw motorcycle gang were arrested last week on kidnapping, second-degree battery, false imprisonment, methamphetamine manufacturing and weapons charges, Plaquemines Parish Sheriff Lonnie Greco announced Thursday.”

http://www.nola.com/crime/index.ssf/2014/09/plaquemines_affiliates_of_outl.html

Now please explain the difference between the Bandidos and the Crips and Bloods.

“Wife” “Plumber”

F****** spare me.

These are outlaw bikers. They rape little girls and deal meth. Scum doesn’t get any lower.

You want to have a huge brawl with weapons? That’s a riot as far as I’m concerned. And white or black I’m all for using whatever force is necessary to stop rioting.

You think they are better because they are white? They are scum and you are deluded.
