While literally true for a number of years, Elizabeth Warren was being misleading about GE not paying federal corporate income taxes:

GE lost $32b because of the financial crisis. Its profits in the following years were offset by those losses, thereby generating no federal tax liability. Any company is eligible for this kind of tax write-off.
